We usually respond the same day but at least by the end of the next working day.
We are still able to dispatch orders on time but due to the exceptionally high volumes of parcels in the postal network, exacerbated by coronavirus-related measures there may be delays receiving your order in some areas.
Items marked as ‘In Stock’ are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
UK No-Rush Delivery

Orders placed with no-rush delivery are sent via Royal Mail 48 and you will normally receive your order within 5 – 10 working days from dispatch.
UK Tracked Delivery - £3.99
Orders placed with Tracked delivery are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you will normally receive your order within 2 – 4 working days from dispatch. (Minimum order value of £9.99)
UK Express Delivery – £5.99
Order before 1pm Monday – Friday
UK Express Delivery Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and you will normally receive your order within 1 – 2 working days from dispatch. ( 95% of orders are delivered the next working day )
Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Republic of Ireland No-Rush Delivery ( Orders below £10 )

Orders placed with no-rush delivery are sent via Royal Mail International and you will normally receive your order within 3 – 7 working days from dispatch.
Republic of Ireland Express Delivery - £7.99
Order before 12pm Monday – Friday
Express delivery orders are sent via DPD Ireland and you will receive your order within 1 – 2 working days from dispatch. 95% of orders are delivered the next working day. Prices are based on the total order value.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. NI Spares reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. NI Spares does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions.
