No Hassle Returns

We obviously want you to be totally happy with your NI Spares purchase, which includes a no fuss returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.

If your item doesn’t fit, or is no longer required

If you’ve simply had a change of mind or if the item doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Parts that have been used, installed or screwed into the appliance and/or delivered more than 14 days ago cannot be returned.

Express delivery charges are non refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Item?

If a part is faulty or defective then we’re really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we’ll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you. For UK customers we provide a pre-paid postage label for you to return the item. International customers will need to pay the cost of returning the item.

What next?

We’ll email you your returns authorisation number. Please write your returns number on the original delivery note and include with the item. Please don’t write on the packaging.

Pop your item in a box or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 14 days of getting your returns number to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning.

We’ll check your return and, if everything’s OK, refund you within 5 working days.

We’ll refund standard postage charges corresponding to the least expensive type of delivery offered.

Sorry, but we aren’t allowed to accept returns of shaver parts for personal hygiene reasons.

All genuine internal fitting parts are guaranteed for 180 days and compatible parts are guaranteed for 90 days from the day of delivery.
