Delivery Information

Items marked as ‘In Stock’ are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

UK Standard Delivery

Usually delivered within 2 – 3 working days from dispatch.  Prices are based on the total order value.

UK Express Delivery – £5.99

Express delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 and you will normally receive your order within 1 – 2 working days.

UK Express Delivery is charged at £5.99 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order.

Weekday Next Day Delivery – UPGRADE AND GET IT FAST FOR £8.99

For items needed in a hurry you have the option of upgrading your order to next day delivery for £8.99. Next Day delivery is charged at a flat rate and delivery times are shown below.

Next Day delivery orders need to be placed before 1pm.

UK Next Day Delivery is charged at £8.99 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order.

Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery

Republic of Ireland Express Delivery – £7.99

Express delivery orders are sent via Parcelforce Ireland and you will normally receive your order within 1 – 2 working days.

Ireland Express Delivery is charged at £8.95 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order.

 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. NI Spares reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. NI Spares does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions.

 

Delivery FAQs

How does ordering multiple items affect delivery?
We will ship available items at the time of order and unavailable items separately as they become available. Please note that you will only pay the express delivery charge once. If you order 2 items or more by express delivery and 1 item is unavailable this item will be dispatched when available by non-express delivery.
What happens if the item is damaged in transit?
We and our carriers take the greatest possible care to see that your order is delivered in pristine condition. However, if you take delivery of a parcel which shows signs of damage then please contact us within 1 working day. If a signature is required, please sign that the parcel is 'Damaged'
What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't arrive?
If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving our premises and arriving with you. We would appreciate it if you allow 10 working days before contacting us in case of such unforeseen delays. To notify us of a failed delivery please contact us.
